We are here to help you understand how we operate, our services and appointment procedures prior to your booking.

1. What payment method do you accept?

We only accept Cash and Zelle

2. How do I schedule an appointment?

You can schedule your appointment by phone, in person or online. Reservations for your appointment are held with a credit card or gift certificate.

3. Can I bring my kids to my appointment?

Children are welcome but only if they are scheduled for services. If not, we ask that you respect the other customers’ peace and quiet by leaving your children/child at home. This also allows you time for yourself to enjoy your services.

4. How do I choose the right hair and do you supply?

We offer complimentary consultations, and can make recommendations to fit your hair style and needs. And NO we dont supply hair for the following:

  1. Silky Locs
  2. Faux Locs
  3. Sew-in
  4. Nubian Twists
  5. Crochets
  6. Weave Extensions
5. Are reservations necessary?

We highly recommend making reservations in advance, but feel free to call on short notice, as we may have an opening or cancellation.

6. Is there available parking space?

Yes, there is a parking right in front of the studio, another on metered street, Western Ave. & 63rd Street. There is also free parking on Claremont Street.
